September: Opening Day & Back to School Night All Saints School Administration and Faculty welcome new and returning students and their families with an Opening Day assembly on the playground. Later in the month, Back to School Night offers parents the opportunity to tour the school, meet the faculty, and share a buffet and libations in the gym. |

October: Studying Hard & Celebrating Halloween Students work on school projects and develop good study habits. Pre-K through eighth grade, faculty, administration and parents gather on the playground for the Halloween Parade. |

November: All Saints Day & Grandfriends Day On All Saints Day, students, families, and friends are invited to attend a Mass at All Saints Church in which third grade students dress as a Saint and tell their story. On Grandfriends Day, students, families, and friends are invited to attend a Thanksgiving celebration at All Saints featuring fourth and fifth grade students. This year's event included a Mass, a student choir and a play, followed by brunch in the parish hall. |

December: Christmas Pageant, Lip Sync, & Barnes and Noble Bookfair Barnes & Noble at Lloyd Center hosts All Saints School's annual Bookfair, a fundraiser for our Library Media Center. For more information about our bookfair, click here. Students, families, and friends are invited to attend a Christmas Pageant at 6:30 pm on December 15th in the All Saints Gym. The program features Pre-Kindergarten through fourth grade students singing Christmas Carols (traditional and modern) and performing in a Christmas Play. On the following day at 10:30 am, students, faculty, and parents will gather again in the gym for the annual Lip Sync contest, which features student performers in the third through eighth grades. Our annual Christmas parties take place in individual classrooms. |

January: All Saints School 75th Anniversary and Eighth Grade Trip to D.C. All Saints School invites students, families and friends to celebrate our 75th Anniversary on January 21st, with a 5:30 p.m. Mass, followed by libations in the gym. The Chrysalis Program offers students in grades three through eight the opportunity for off-campus learning experiences. The eighth grade trip to our nation's capital includes a visit to the Library of Congress, Arlington National Cemetery, and the The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. |

February: Catholic Schools Week, Imagination Celebration and Open House The theme for Catholic Schools Week (January 29 - February 5, 2012) is "Catholic Schools: Faith. Academics. Service." Students are taught faith, held to high academic standards, and given the opportunity to serve others as an expression of faith and good citizenship. At the Imagination Celebration (February 29th), Pre-K through Eighth Grade students and their families enjoy an exhibition of student work in the gymnasium that includes Lego Robotics, science experiments, art, music, writing and student-led greenhouse tours. Meet administration, faculty, and students at Open Houses: 6:30 p.m. (February 7th, 21st and 28th) and 9 a.m. (February 9th and 23rd). Learn about our academic programs and tour our classrooms, greenhouse, computer lab, library, and college gym. |

March: Auction Parents, faculty, administration, alumnae, neighbors and friends gather in the All Saints Gymnasium on March 3rd for a festive evening of food, fellowship, and fundraising. Highlights include classroom projects, a silent auction, and a "paddle raise" for school improvement projects. |

April: Lent, Easter and Art Literacy Students, faculty and parents gather in the gymnasium on April 19th for an exhibit of our Art Literacy program, which teaches art history and art appreciation through presentations by parent volunteers in Pre-K through eighth grade classrooms. |

May: Jogathon Students, faculty, parents, and friends of All Saints School support this May 11th fundraiser by sponsoring students, who run laps around the school playground. Our Dad's Club barbecues hot dogs for the event. |

June: Spring Musical, Chrysalis Program & Graduations Our Spring Musical, produced by Oregon Children's Theatre, features performers in grades six through eight and takes place in our gym. June off-campus learning adventures include the Oregon Trail (5th grade), Beach Ecology (7th grade), and Habitat for Humanity/Coastal Wildlife (8th grade). The school year concludes with graduation ceremonies for Kindergarten (June 7th) and eighth grade students (June 10th). |
